Indsur Cast Steel Company has a self contained manufacturing facility at Halol in the state of Gujarat, India with an asset base of USD 20 million for Casting and Auto Component manufacturing. We can melt iron and aluminium in different compositions as per the needs of our client. Our plant is scalable with a strong workforce and a streamlined production flow.
The entire production facility is backward integrated with all facilities in house. We have a fully equipped pattern Shop to manufacture the die through CAD / CAM technology and have an in house modern testing laboratory. We have in house facility for galvanizing and a machining shop to cater to specific customer requirements.
Our production facility is certified and approved, the world over. The current infrastructure can also handle aluminium castings with utmost precision. For the foundry division, we are expanding our production capacity from 7500 MT to 12000 MT. In the near future, we will further expand into copper and aluminium castings.
